They came back in game 6 to win on the road and lost game 5 only because of a fluke. And they're hungry for back-to-back championships. This is only the 16th game 7 in finals history. In the previous 15, the home team won 12 times. La la la...I'm not listening.

Yeah, I've liked every Dreamland puppet show I've seen. They way they combine family-friendliness, so that kids can enjoy them, with sly allusions and witty comments that are fun for adults, is very skillful.

As I've said several times in Courier pieces, Dreamland is consistently one of Ypsi's greatest cultural and artistic institutions because of the risks they take and the quality of what they produce.

I wrote a piece on Dreamland when they opened, and a few since, and one thing founder Naia Venturi said that struck me is that Ypsi, to her, was like Ann Arbor was in the 70s. I wouldn't know, not having grown up there, but she did and that was her take.

Hear hear - that thing's atrocious. I mean, sure, they put in nice new windows and pavers to make part of what was a parking area into (a private?) part of Sculpture Plaza, but I am _annoyed_ that they painted over the old key and lock sign that was there. (And I won't even mention their own sign...)
